Soft skills have long been dismissed as "fluffy"—nice to have, but not essential. That era is over. In the age of AI, what was once considered soft is now what holds everything together. Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and relational mastery aren’t just feel-good attributes; they are the bedrock of effective leadership, high-stakes decision-making, and human-centered innovation.
We're incubating a new venture in Southeast Asia that merges emotional intelligence, deep personal or leadership transformation, and AI-enabled tools—empowering leaders and organizations to adapt, innovate, and thrive amidst rapid technological change.
As AI automates routine and executive tasks, enhances decision-making, and reshapes industries, the most valuable skills will no longer be purely cognitive. Instead, empathy, adaptability, relational intelligence, resilience, creativity, and perhaps even intuition—the deeply human capabilities that machines cannot replicate—will become non-negotiable.
Our mission is to turn "soft" into solid—to redefine these skills as the new hard skills. A strategist-turned-coach, Jourdan helps tech founders and CXOs build the kind of leadership AI can’t automate—grounded in emotional intelligence, resilience, and deep human connection. An ICF-PCC accredited executive coach, he has worked at Grab in Southeast Asia, the President’s Office in Indonesia, and a SaaS startup in Silicon Valley. He's passionate about raising human & leadership consciousness in the age of AI.

A tech-for-impact builder, Clairine has worn many hats—venture capital, nonprofits, management consulting, and government-backed digital transformation (GovTech Edu).
